PHOTO GALLERY AND FISHING AND CONDITION REPORT   WEEK: APRIL'S FIRST WEEK.
Our friend form San Jose del Cabo Mr. Geronimo Castilla fished with Marcos on the Liliana and caught this nice 120 lbs striper. James Rooks from Jackson Hole, WY fished with Juan on the Mosca, here with nice 5 pargos and 4 cabrillas.
Mr. Glenn Davis and friends' nice pargos. Mr. Davis is a great friend who visits us from San Diego every year, and they always fish with Felipe and Reggie on the Yanet. Here in a good day of fishing for Pargos, 9 total and 1 cabrilla.

Water Temperature:  Water still about the same as the past two weeks, but fishing definitely dind't.

 

Air Temperature:  It blew a little during the week, and the worst was Wednesday, the remaining of the week was excellent for fishing. 

 

Fishing Spots and Distance: Marlin, a lot and just in front of La Rivera. Dorado up North, and not that that many, this is by El Cardonal. Tuna mostly far about 40 miles out, and it is a flip of a coin to find them.

 

Off-shore Fishing: This week's is all about the excellent marlin fishing, my brother fished with a TV crew for 3 days and they caught 22 marlin. And by the way he fished for two hours one of the days. 

 

In-shore Fishing: It continues to be very good, with nice pargo, cabrilla and sierra. In other words, do not forget to bring your light tackle outfit.

 

Successful Lures:  Bleeding mackerel was the hot lure this past week.

 

Bait Used: Mackerel.

 

Highlight of the Week:  It was a great fishing for stripers this past week and it is close, so close that you can paddle out.
