Temperature: Summer,
Summer, Summer, it continues to go full board.
Air Temperature: It was a
nice week, hot Summer week.
Fishing Spots and Distance: Fishing
for tuna from Los Frailes to Las Destiladeras,
some big fish in front of La Rivera. Stripers close to
shore from the lighthouse to Cabo Pulmo.
Off-shore Fishing: Good stripers fishing,
late in the year for them, but they continue to be
inside in our beautiful ocean. Tuna consistent you have
to run for them, but you are almost sure to catch some.
Dorado, everywhere and nowhere, you just have to be
lucky.
In-shore
Fishing: Some roosters, some pargos, some jacks,
if you see the bait ball close to shore, you will have
some action.
Bait Used: Mostly caballito some mackerel
too, but captains are preferring the ballyhoo.
Highlight of the
Week: It was a nice week for tuna, not too many
boats fishing boats out, but man check the catch ratio
this week, it is a good one.
