Water Temperature:  Water it's cold for us, but if the dorados are around, who cares if it is cold.   

 

Air Temperature: Typical winter weather, some death calm days, and some days with plenty of wind. We felt winds starting to change, it is also normal as the end of the winter season is almost upon us. GREAT!!! 

 

Fishing Spots and Distance: 10 to 25 miles Arturo reported, from El Cardonal to the Light House. No need to go any further, specially if it is blowing.   

 

Off-shore Fishing: Dorado and tuna continue to dominate, for those who come only looking for these two species, come down, not too many boats in the water and good fishing.  

 

In-shore Fishing: It has not been as good as we wish, since the wind disrupt the in-shore conditions a little more than the off-shore, but 15 pampanos, that says that you need to be persistent to find the good fishing spots.

 

Bait Used: Mackerel 

 

Highlight of the Week: Winter dorado fishing has been better than last year summer dorado fishing, estrange but it is the truth.
