Water
Temperature: Steadily
warming up, we are getting to normal early summer
temperatures.
Air Temperature: You can
now feel the temperature getting to the mid 90's, oh is
a nice feeling.
Fishing Spots and Distance: From
far to close, early in the weeks some boats were still
making the long run to the 88 for great striper action,
but again later on our fleet didn't need to go this far.
Still you need to commit to find tuna, and it is a "flip
of coin" you either find them or you make a long run for
no action.
Off-shore Fishing:
Stripers, some dorado and some tuna. Stripers continue
to dominate the action, dorado are scare all over our
ocean.
In-shore
Fishing: A lot of small roosters moved in
according to Baja on the Fly guides which has produced a
lot of action, as well as jacks, sierras still, among
much more.
Bait Used: Sardine and mackerel,
quantity is improving.
Highlight of the
Week: Our Buena Vista Team consisting of Axel
and Jesus Valdez took 3rd place on the Los Mochis El
Debate Tournament. Read the story in the photo gallery
site.
See you next week!!!
