Water Temperature: It is coming up, even though there are areas that are still cold, most of our beautiful see is coming a life with warm water.

 

Air Temperature: Nice first week of June, it even feel like we are still in April with such nice weather. It should not last long, but we are enjoying it while it last.

 

Fishing Spots and Distance: Distance is close for striped marlin, and some days you can find the tuna close and other days they are quite far so conditions has not really change much as year pasts, it is a flip of a coin to go out to look for the tuna, you can find it or you can go for a very long boat ride.

 

Off-shore Fishing: Tuna action this past week was quite hot, for those big cows hunters, wiat!! they were all very small biggest hardly reaching 30 lbs. Marlin action is still quite decent, but from 10 that you see in a day, may be one or two would be a little interested in your bait. Captains mentioning that it is just too much squid in the water.

 

In-shore Fishing: In-shore fishing at it best, with plenty of jacks and roosters to talk about. And talk about quality, with roosters reaching the 50 lbs.

 

Bait Used: Sardine

 

Highlight of the Week: Roosters up to 50 lbs, and not only one but a few were reported but all of them released.
