Water Temperature: Water condition are great, normal for this time of year.

 

Air Temperature: We may be in June, but this weather is like early Spring. It is so nice out, even in the middle of the day.

 

Fishing Spots and Distance: Boats running very little to find dorado and stripers, but those looking for tuna are going for a long boat ride outside to 50 miles, yes you read correct, never before seen such boat runs.

 

Off-shore Fishing: Fishing for stripped marlin is the best right now with plenty of them, every boat is seeing an average of 10 marlin per day out, getting all those to bite is a different story.

 

In-shore Fishing: Past el Surgidero to La Rivera has been the fish inshore fishing area. Great catches too, with roosters up to 40 lbs.

 

Bait Used: Sardine, caballitos and always good to bring some ballyhoo, no problem here. 

 

Highlight of the Week: Good tuna action, almost everyone came back with tuna, small tuna, but it is still a tuna.
