Congratulation to our angler Wyatt Briggs from Scio, Oregon that caught his first blue marlin of 300 pounds fighting for almost two hours. Careleste is one of our 29' Phoenix with Captain Carlos Agundez a very serious and technical fisherman.
   

Berton Bertagnia from Chico California and our good neighbor Tomas Kolansiski fisfhing aboard Liliana with Captain Marco Yepiz and Mate Marcos Agundez caught 4 dorados around 14 miles south of the resort.

  

William Lefever, John Ryan and Mark Mehtlan from Southern California caugh this dorado of 45 pounds fishing with Captain Marcos aboard Liliana.
   
   
   

Todd Roldman fishing with our good friend Paul Cannon caught this mahi mahi of 40 pounds aboard Mosca, also they caught some tuna, sierra, snapper during their 3 days fishing.

    

Fishing aboard Dusty BII with Captain Jesus Cota, Gerry Simon from caught a dorado, next day fishing in a Super Panga caught more than 15 roosterfish and pargo having a great fishing day.
     

Returning guest were Mike Adams, John and Bunnie Terry from Biggs, California caught 3 dorados fishing aboard Victoria with Captain Victor Garciglia in front of Los Frailes area.

Water Temperature: Our water condition has been not constant, it has been some cold current in the Sea of Cortez.

 

Air Temperature: Temperature and humidity is rising, it really feels like summer with a great breeze from the ocean.

 

Fishing Spots and Distance: Any direction South, North and East.

 

Off-shore Fishing: It was a great week for striper, tuna was harder to find but we got them, and the dorado seem to be in pairs everywhere and no-where.      

 

In-shore Fishing: It continues to offer good fishing, roosters are there in great numbers, but not many jacks, cabrilla or pargos.

 

Bait Used: Sardine, caballitos and ballyhoo.

 

Highlight of the Week: First 300 lbs blue marlin of the season, unfortunate was not released.
