Water Temperature: Water down here is at boiling point, and yes! the fish are boiling too. We had one of the best week so far this year.

Air Temperature: The whole week is being really hot here at the East Cape, but when you are out there catching so many fish and with a nice cold Corona in your hand is like nothing is happening around you. Having said that, weather is on its best!

Fishing Spots and Distance: Fish is everywhere, but Blue Marlin bite was hot close to the 88 Bank most of the week. Many big dorado caught around La Ribera banks and the Lighthouse area. And tuna was found on a 35 mile range
.

Off-shore Fishing: Hot action on Blue Marlin and Sailfish this week, major strikes of big Blues most of them around 300 lb. The dorado action remain constant with very good dorados. Our fleet caught 5 wahoo this week at Las Destiladeras bank

In-shore Fishing: Roosterfish action cameback after a small bump, lots of them where spotted and captured all along the coast.

Bait Used: Caballito, Mullet and Sardines is everything we have right now, we had a decrease on Mackarel, but the Ballyhoo is working great for Big Bull Dorado.

Highlight of the Week: Awesome week, all the species that we can fish here at the East Cape were caught. Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Bull Dorado, Monster 200lb Striped Marlin, 300lb Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Amberjack, Jack Crevalle, Snapper, you name it, we got them!.

See you next week!!!

Saludos from your second home in paradise!
