WEEK: June 4th  week
A lovely morning at the East Cape
Congratulations to all the couples who came to renew their bows.
Tuna are here guys! This guys were ready by 11am! Isnīt that nice. Another great day with Capt. Vicente on the Dottie BII.
Check this guys out! Two days of fishing and they had a total of 5 nice Bull Dorado and a Striped Marlin.
Mark Templeton and his son Rory, who by the way is a great worker! he helped us everyday at the pier with all th fish. They went out with Capt Ramon on the Tres Hermanos and catch Tunas, Dorados and Marlin, what a vacation!
All the way from Philly, our good friend Terry Stern and his cousin, fished for 4 days on the Alegria with Capt Juan Garcia, and like always they did great with him.
Once again our Fly Fishing guide Lance Peterson finding the best spots for the Flies. Come and experience catching this beautiful trophy Roosterfish.

Water Temperature: Water remains about the same than last week, temperature is changing on the range of 75F to the 84F. Temperature conditions are not as usual, but are helping to keep all kind of fish around.

Air Temperature: Very nice temperatures this week, High 80īs mostly, lovely nights around the Low 80īs. Sunny during the day, and cloudy in the afternoons.

Fishing Spots and Distance: We are fishing on the 40 mile range, all the way to the El Farito, passing Los Frailes. Some days on the Cabo Pulmo area, mostly everything on the south side of the East Cape.

Off-shore Fishing: Dorado came back hard. This week Dorado action picked up really good, giving very good numbers to all the boats. Striped Marlin slowed down and Blue Marlin kept striking the lures but we were not lucky this week with them. Tuna remain down at the El Farito bank, giving 50 pounders.      

 

In-shore Fishing: Like all year around Roosters are there constantly. Jack Crevalle keep behind them, and some snapper and cabrilla are being catch.

 

Bait Used: There is no shortage of good bait available and all of it is netted fresh and lively just moments before your fishing trip. Sardinas, mackarel, mullet... you name it.

 

Highlight of the Week: Dorado action is back and hot! Great numbers and very good sizes.
