La Paz Scenic City & Shopping Tour
This eight-hour tour will not only dazzle your eyes, but it will
give you a real (non-touristy) feel for the history, people and
culture of the capital of Baja California Sur—La Paz—a
sultry, sexy city reminiscent of Río de Janiero. After a
scenic drive through the mountains, we will take a quick
tour of the city. |
 |
 |
Then we’ll park and take a leisurely stroll along La Paz’s
famous malecón (oceanfront promenade), stopping in at any one of
many sidewalk cafés for coffee and a snack. We will visit the
marketplace and head out of town to the ferry landing at
Pinchilingue, to the amazing La Balandra and to Tecolote Beach,
where we will have lunch and go swimming. Those interested can
take a tour to Isla Espiritú Santo (just offshore) and frolic in
the water with a colony of sea lions.
Wear:
Comfortable clothing. Bring: Swimsuit, towel, camera,
money, film, sunscsreen.
